e-Court Demo - Standard Procedure - This demo is an overview of a mock case
Upon payment of the court fee we will activate the dossiers. If this happens on/before Wednesday in week 1,
your case will be submitted to the judge. The actual procedure will commence the Monday thereafter.
In case you opted for attending a hearing in week # 5 we will let you know as soon as possible the date, location and time.

By payment of the Court fee, including an escrow amount ( = 10% of monetary value
of a
claim and/or counterclaim if applicable), your case will commence and your dossier is activated.
If your payment has been received by Wednesday p.m your case shall be submitted to
the e-Court judge on the next day. In this week counsel of each party will add information
to the dossier on the website. This information can include statements, documents, evidence, etc.
If you selected to include a hearing during week 4, we shall inform you as soon as we can about
the location, date and time of the hearing. This is of course done in consultation with the judge
who handles your case and with counsel of both parties.
